New derivative of xylitol, method for obtaining it and its application in the synthesis of star-shaped polymers

The notification concerns a new xylitol derivative, which is made up of pentakis (2 -bromo -2 -methylpropionate)pentan -1,2,3,4,5 -pentyl (xylitol -Br5), and how it is obtained,consisting of the submission of pentan -1,2,3,4,5 -ol to 2 -bromo -2 -methylpropionyl acid bromide.The scope of the notification is also the use of a new xylitol derivative, pentakis (2 -bromo -2 -methylpropionate)pentan -1,2,3,4,5 -pentyl (xylitol -Br5) for the synthesis of polymer stars.
