Herbicide double salts with alkyl2(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyldimethylammonium cation and 4-chloro-2-methoxyacetate and 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anions, method for obtaining them and application as plant pesticides

The scope of the notification is the herbicide double salts with alkyl[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]dimethylammonium cation and 4-chloro-2-methoxyacetate anions and 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate, with a general formula 1 in which R stands for an alkyl base of four to 16 carbon atoms and the molar ratio of anion 4-chloro-2-methoxyacetate to 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate anion is 1:2 to 1:0,05. The notification shall also contain the means of receipt, which shall consist of:alkyl[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]dimethylammonium 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetate is mixed with alkyl[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]dimethyl ammonium 3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoate[2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)ethyl]dimethyl ammonium in a molar ratio from 1:1,5 to 1:0,1,1,1, at a temperature from 20 to 90-C, favourable 50-C to system homogenisation. The notification shall also cover the use of double salts as plant protection products.
