The purpose of the notification is to obtain the coatings of CuO nanorods on copper substrates, which is that the copper base is coated with a nickel layer from two independent sources for a period of six to 15 minutes,of which the first contains fulleren in the molybdenum boat and the current flow through this source is 19 to 25A, the second contains nickel acetate in the molybdenum boat, and the current flow through this source is from 50 to 58A. The substrate distance from the sources is 60 to 120 mm. The thermal vacuum deposition process takes place under high vacuum conditions, order 10-5 mbar, until it reaches ok. 3% at. nickel. The copper plate with the coated layer is then heated for a period of one hour to obtain temperature from 400 to 700'c and heated at this final temperature for 30-min in the air.
