摘要

The purpose of the notification is a non-alcoholic functional beverage based on a sugar base or a non-alcoholic beer or a hydro-aromatic base,which contains in its composition both autolysate obtained from yeast waste and fibre obtained from a crushed brewery hammer. The notification also covers the way in which a non-alcoholic functional drink is produced, characterised by the fact that a fibre suspension and yeast autolysis are obtained in separate (parallel) technological processes, which are then combined with the basic ingredients in the form of a sugar base or a non-alcoholic beer or a water-aromatic base, enriched by flavouring additives, creating a non-alcoholic functional drink.
