The purpose of the notification is to obtain unsaturated low-burning and smoke-emitting polyester resins by adding a non-unsaturated polyester resin to the unsaturated unsaturated polyester resin and then undergoing a mixing process, then the mixture is 1--2% of the weight of the non-hardened resin of the polymerisation initiator and re-mixed,and then the resin is replenished and hardened successively at ambient temperature and elevated temperature over the specified period of time. The anti-inflammatory agent is imidazole phosphate salt, i.e. histidine diphosphate, ten to 40% of the weight of hardened resin. The notification also includes the use of histidine diphosphate as an anti-inflammatory agent to obtain unsaturated low-burning and smoke-emitting polyester resins.
