Method of converting direct current into DC voltage based on an analog CMOS circuit and a current-to-voltage converter to implement the method
The purpose of the notification is to provide a means of energy-efficient permanent current processing using a six-transistor-based voltage converter. The converter is made of three pairs of CMOS. Each pair contains two transistors, one type of PMOS, and the other type of NMOS. The advantage of the proposed solution is that the processor can operate with very low voltage. The PMOS + NMOS vapour threshold voltage may exceed the voltage (VDD). A good linearity of the transformer's current-voltage characteristics is achieved by a serial combination of two CMO pairsS connected parallel at the output of the processor. The computer simulations made for the 0,9 V voltage confirmed the smooth linearity of the transformer transmission function in the range of voltage changes equal to half the transformer voltage.
