The purpose of the notification is the organic derivative of ketoprofen, which is characterised by the chiral salt of L-valine alkyl ester with the formula. The derivative contains in the cationic part L-valine alkyl ester, where the alkyl chain is an ethyl or isopropyl or propyl or butyl chain. The anionic derivative is an anion of (RS)-2-(3-benzoylophenyl)propanoic acid. The notification shall also cover the production of organic ketoprofen derivative consisting of an equal amount of (RS)-2-(3-benzoylophenyl)propane acid with an appropriate alkyl amino acid ester. This is characterised by:the reaction of L-valine alkyl ester with (RS)-2-(3-benzoylophenyl)propanoic acid in the organic solvent environment is carried out at a temperature from 25oC to 35oC over a period of five to fifteen minutes.
