The method of production of a film strip with a layer of diamond powder is characterised by the preparation of an antibacterial solution containing: UV varnish of a viscosity range of 0,45 to 0,6 Pa*s and density of 1,0 to 1,1 g/cm3, nanodiamond powder consisting of particles of a size of 2 to 10 nm in quantities of 0,2 to 0, 5 g/dm3 UV varnish, a dispersor which is a non-ionic surfactant in quantities from 1 to 2 g/dm3 of UV varnish, the solvent being mixed in an ultrasonic mixer in an ice bath in at least two stages, no longer than two minutes at each stage, using a 10-to-15-minute interval between successive stages of mixing,the limiting temperature of the mixing process is 28oC; the surface of the film base is activated (220) by means of coronary discharges; the prepared antibacterial solution is applied to the activated surface of the film by a sitodruk method using a sieve of five to seven millimetres thick, forming an antibacterial layer (210) in which the content of the diamond powder from 0,6 to 1,5 mg/m2; the applied antibacterial layer (210) is hardened by UV radiation.
