The invention relates to a process for manufacturing pellets bioactivated with microorganisms from depleted mushroom-cultivation substrate meant to be used to treat the soil. According to the invention, the process comprises the axenic cultivation of microorganisms on minimal liquid media which include 2% diatomite and aerations of maximum 50% oxygen saturation, while varying the incubation temperature by an interval of 10°C, 12 h at 20°C and 12 h at 30°C, for 3...5 days, followed by harvesting and drying the microorganism biomass and the diatomite, homogenization of 9...11 parts of biomass with 1.5...2.5 parts of sodium lignosulfonate, 2.2...2.4 parts of lecithin, 84.3...87.1 parts of dried and minced depleted substrate from Pleurotus mushroom cultivation, compaction of the said mixture in pellet press to result in pellets of approximately 15 mm in length and a 5...8 mm in diameter.
