The invention relates to a process for preparing an eco-friendly composition with antifungal effect for apple tree cultures. According to the invention, the process comprises the following stages: preparation of an alcoholic extract of Asplenium scolopendrium leaves using plant material : ethanol solvent in a ratio of 1:9...10, at a temperature of 65...68°C, for 3...4 h, filtration for removing the plant material, resulting in a composition which is kept in a cold place for a period of use of at least 6 months.
