The invention relates to a process for preparing a humidity sensor based on nanocarbon composites. According to the invention, the process consists of the stages of preparation of a solution of polyvinylpyrrolidone or polyvinyl alcohol in water, while magnetically stirring, for 1 h at the temperature of 50°C, addition of oxidized carbon nanohorns, while stirring for 2 h at the temperature of 70°C, electrospinning of the solution, to result in composite nanofibers which are deposited on a dielectric substrate with linear or interdigitated electrodes.
