The invention discloses a method for utilizing soybean whey wastewater, and belongs to the technical field of utilization of food processing wastewater. The method comprises the steps of firstly pretreating the soybean whey wastewater; mixing a [Bmim]Br ionic liquid with a potassium salt, then adding the mixture into the soybean whey wastewater pretreatment liquid, adding distilled water, and adjusting the mass fraction of the [Bmim]Br ionic liquid to be 20%-50%, and the mass fraction of potassium salt to be 17%-35%; and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 5.4-6.4, conducting standing for 30-180 min, conducting centrifugation at 2-6 DEG C, leaving the liquid to be divided into upper and lower phases, and obtaining an upper phase, that is, a lipoxygenase crude enzyme solution. The invention provides a new method for utilizing soybean whey wastewater, that is, the soybean whey wastewater is used to obtain lipoxygenase with high industrial value, and the lipoxygenase has a high extraction rate, a high purity and good enzyme activity. The method of the invention is convenient to operate, safe and efficient, the raw materials can be recycled and the cost is low.
