Disclosed is the process of making river swimming crab meat dumplings, comprising the following steps: extracting of river swimming crab meat from its shell, mixing of river swimming crab meat, powdered sweet corn, sweet com syrup, chopped mung bean sprouts, eggs, salt and monosodium glutamate by mixing until it become sticky, filling the dumpling sheets with a mixture of river swimming crab meat, powdered sweet corn, sweet corn syrup, chopped mung bean sprouts, eggs, salt and monosodium glutamate, folding into the desired size, then twisting the extra dumpling space forming a flower, storing at room temperature.
