The present utility model herewith described is a new innovation of biodiesel reactor comprising of a single rigid , Infra Red- cured transluscent fiberglass which can produce alkyl ester from all types of triglyceride feedstocks Safely, Efficiently , Fast reaction time ( 15 to 30 min ) with Ease of Operation. Reactor is complete with amenities like structure design (baffles, cone angle and smooth surface, right heater, flowrate and nozzle angles of circulation pump ) and the right formula and process which has been researched and thus all conditions optimized for fastest reaction time. The circulation pump likewise is used to replace the fire risk of using motor propeller for mixing process in the old brewer design, thus Safe as claimed. The Biomolecular sieve which eliminate old brewer's aeration and water shower necessary to complete output of quality biodiesel is illustrated in the attached drawing. Reactions, appearance and occurrence inside the reactor is visible outside, thus operator has complete knowledge of what's going on every step of the way. This is further aided by a high brightness LED which illuminate further the above visibility and a good aide in seeing the glycerine precipitating at the end of the process. A 100 pcnt yield is attained with the reactor and is characterized by its efficient, fast, safe and easy to operate design using synergy partner stoichiometric formulation, chemical process and application of Le' Chattelier principle. Cost of production of biodiesel output by this reactor is only P6 / L with a GPR or Gross Profit Return of a high 36 pcnt .
