The present utility model relates to the process of formulating a beverage from sweet potato leaves, lemongrass, sweet basil, jackfruit trimmings, and calamansi covering the steps of; decocting sweet potato leaves and lemongrass separately in a pot, infusing sweet basil leaves, blending of jackfruit trimmings, mixing of liquids from decocted sweet potato leaves and lemongrass and infused sweet basil leaves, pasteurizing of the liquid mixture of sweet potato leaves and lemongrass decoct and infused sweet basil leaves then cooling it, adding of jackfruit trimmings, calamansi and sweetener to the pasteurized liquid mixture and bottling and refrigerating the beverage. The present utility model produces a beverage utilizing the widely available raw materials grown in the backyards. The resulting beverage has a high antioxidant property.
