The present disclosure provides a catheter apparatus with a carrier preferably in meshed tubular stent structure, wherein the carrier includes right-handed helical wires and left-handed helical wires which are simply intersected or bi-axially woven into a tubular structure. A therapeutic assembly wraps around one of the helical wires to stabilize an associated interstice of the tubular structure. The regular shape of the carrier, preferably in meshed tubular stent structure, may be quickly recovered after the carrier is seriously bent or distorted in an intravascular treatment.
