The present invention relates to a compound of the following general formula (I): (see formula I) in which : - X represents a nitrogen atom and Y represents a carbon atom; or - X represents a carbon atom and Y represents a nitrogen atom; the Ar group represents an aryl or heteroaryl group; and - the groups RN and RN 'form together, with the carbon atom to which they are linked, a mono- or bicyclic azacycloalkane group; as well as its pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or structures polymorphic crystalline, its racemates, diastereomers or enantiomers. The compounds according to the invention may prove useful for diagnosing or treat them pathologies such as cognitive disorders, pain, and addiction to tobacco.
