A telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machineisprovided, comprising, a chassis, a locking-type reel, a sprinkling irrigationapparatus,and a stepwise driving apparatus. A locking channel in a circumferentialdirection isdisposed on the locking-type reel. The stepwise driving apparatus includes aliftingcylinder, an upper caliper, and a lower caliper, and the upper caliper and thelowercaliper are clamped to be mounted on the locking channel. Pressurized water isusedin the telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigationmachine todrive the lifting cylinder to realize periodic lifting motion of the pistonrod, so as todrive the upper caliper to move up and down to be engaged with the lockingchannelof the locking-type reel intermittently, thereby driving the locking-type reelto rollback intermittently to automatically reel in a sprinkling irrigation PE hose,and duringan intermittent rollback process of the locking-type reel, the lower calipercan preventthe locking-type reel from reversing.
