A fracking-monitoring system has a plurality of vibration-detection units fordeployment about a wellbore for detecting vibration signals caused byformation fracturingduring a fracking process; and a computing device configured for collecting,in real-time, thevibration signals detected by the plurality of vibration-detection units;calculating, in real-time,the locations of signal sources of the vibration signals; evaluating, in real-time, the frackingprocess based on a comparison between the calculated locations of the signalsources and afracking plan of the fracking process; and outputting, in real-time, theevaluating results foradjusting the fracking process.
