In a building having a plurality of stations positioned around an open space in the center according to an embodiment of the present application, the surface area and shape of station 1-1 on the first floor correspond to the surface area and shape of station 2-1 of the second floor, respectively, and a passage way directly connecting station 1-1 and station 2-1 can be positioned inside station 1-1. Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present application, education building and system enabling enhanced learning efficiency and concentration can be provided.
