Disclosed are a page element processing method and apparatus, and a storage medium and an electronic device/a terminal/a server. One particular embodiment of the method comprises: according to grayscale values of pixels in a grayscale image of a page, screening out a pixel point to be processed from the grayscale image of the page; and according to a boundary diffusion direction and the extension direction of the page, performing a boundary diffusion operation on the pixel point to be processed, so as to determine the boundary of each page element. This embodiment avoids the establishment of a delimitation model, thus reducing the difficulty in realizing the delimitation of a page element and improving the convenience and speed of usage, and finally ensuring efficient publication of a content consumption type product.
