An attitude conversion method, comprising: obtaining the current attitude of a pan-tilt (S11); determining the current pose of the pan-tilt (S12); and if the current pose is not a reference pose, calculating a conversion attitude corresponding to the current attitude according to the difference between the current pose and the reference pose (S13).
