A laser scanning device and method for detecting damage of an unmanned aerial vehicle wing under sandstorm-thermal vibration, said device comprising a working platform (1), a laser scanning detection system (2) being provided on the top of a vertical part of the working platform (1), and a bottom plate (3) being provided on the top of a horizontal part of the working platform (1), a clamping apparatus (4) being provided on the top of the bottom plate (3), a thermal environment simulation apparatus (5) being provided on the clamping apparatus (4), a base (6) being provided on the left end of the work platform (1), and a vibration excitation apparatus (7) being provided on the top of the base (6). This apparatus has a compact structure, can simulate different levels of sandstorm-thermal vibration environment, can accurately locate a damaged position, and helps designers objectively and quantitatively evaluate the damaged situation of the wing in different levels of sandstorm-thermal vibration environment, thereby improving the structural design of the wing, and improving the manufacturing process of the wing.
