This health care support server is provided with: a storage unit which stores attribute information on a subject for health management; a storage unit which stores conscious decision-making characteristic information by means of the thoughts of the subject and unconscious decision-making characteristic information by means of the emotions of the subject; a storage unit which stores stage information indicating what stage the subject is currently in among an indifference period, an interest period, a preparation period, an execution period, and a maintaining period; a storage unit which stores information about a plurality of guidance/patterns in which images and wordings are associated so as to promote decision making for health care; a pattern selection processing unit which selects one guidance/pattern from among the plurality of guidance/patterns on the basis of the attribute information, the conscious decision-making characteristic information, the unconscious decision-making characteristic information, and the stage information; and a timing analysis processing unit which analyzes a timing at which an image and a wording of the guidance/pattern are delivered to the subject, the image and wording being selected on the basis of the conscious decision-making characteristic information, the unconscious decision-making characteristic information, and the stage information.
