The present invention provides a rotary hoe and a powered hoe device using the rotary hoe, the rotary hoe comprising: a rotary plate (31) having a plate-shaped structure and including a second through-hole (32) formed through the central portion thereof; a plurality of first hoe blades (33) spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval and vertically protruding from and along an edge portion of the rotary plate (31); and a plurality of second hoe blades (34) spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval and vertically protruding from portions every between the first hoe blades (33) and along the edge portion of the rotary plate (31).
