The present invention relates to a folding/unfolding test device capable of evaluating reliability of a foldable substrate quantitatively, wherein a foldable substrate is folded/unfolded by rotating a support substrate leftward/rightward/upward/downward, folding characteristics can be precisely measured while reflecting the radius (R) at the part that bends when same is utilized as a product, and it is possible to measure the exact number of foldings that initiates abrupt degradation. A folding/unfolding test device according to the present invention comprises: a folding/unfolding portion having two support substrates configured in a rotating type so as to support a foldable substrate; a light measurement/detection portion having a light emitter positioned above a folded part for quantitative evaluation and having a light detector positioned below the folding portion so as to measure the amount of light in real time or according to predetermined folding/unfolding number designation; a surface measurement portion having a microscope positioned on the upper end of the folding portion so as to automatically measure the surface according to the folding/unfolding number designation; and a control portion. Accordingly, real-time quantitative measurement of folding/unfolding evaluation of a foldable substrate is possible.
