In a history including the entirety of power consumption amounts Wx measured for a facility including power source equipment, air conditioning equipment, and communication equipment, some Wx are designated in ascending order. For each of the designated Wx, an air conditioning efficiency Ra is designated, the air conditioning efficiency Ra corresponding to the temperature at the location of the facility during a first period in which the Wx was measured. By substituting each designated Wx and each designated Ra into a relation represented by Wc + Wa + (Wx×Rp) = Wx, where the air conditioning efficiency Ra represents a value obtained by dividing a communication equipment power consumption amount Wc by an air conditioning equipment power consumption amount Wa and Rp represents a power source equipment Wx loss rate, a communication equipment power consumption amount Wc' is computed for a second region in the facility other than a first region. The power consumption amount in either the first region or the second region is computed on the basis of said Wx, Wc', and Rp corresponding to a second period within said history and an air conditioning efficiency Ra' corresponding to the second period. According to this configuration, the power consumption amount in a specified region in a facility can be ascertained.
