The differential mechanism (14) transmits power to wheels (19) through a drive axle (18) of an automobile. The hybrid power coupling mechanism rationally optimizes the structural layout, has low costs, and is convenient to install and maintain. Further provided is a hybrid power control method, and in the control method, a working mode of the automobile is switched according to the remaining electric quantity value of a battery and the automobile speed, so that the requirements of different working conditions are met. A hybrid power control device is also provided.
