The present application discloses an upper cover of a motor controller, a motor controller, a drive assembly and a vehicle. The upper cover of the motor controller comprises: a cover body, the surface of the cover body being provided with a plurality of reinforcement points, the plurality of reinforcement points being distributed in multiple rows and multiple columns, and the reinforcement points of every M rows *N columns forming a basic unit, the basic unit at least comprising a quadrangle, and among the four reinforcement points at the vertexes of the quadrangle, a diagonal reinforcement rib, extending from one of the reinforcement points to the other reinforcement point, being provided between the two reinforcement points distributed along a diagonal, one of the two diagonal reinforcement ribs which correspond to each quadrangle at least extending to the position intersecting with the other diagonal reinforcement rib, M and N both being positive integers and satisfying: M≥2, N≥2.
