摘要
The invention relates to a method for detecting a nerve in a series of ultrasound images, comprising, for each image of said series, - a step of determining (E1, E3) a group of regions of interest by detecting arteries, this detection consisting of applying an automatic classification to a sliding window on said image generating a set of candidate zones, then selecting (E32, E33) regions of interest among the candidate zones by searching for contours which are characteristic of an artery within them; - a step of determining (E4) the nerves depending on the relative arrangement in relation to the arteries detected depending on said regions of interest.
