A road lamp, a driverless route adjustment method, apparatus, and system, and a storage medium are used for reducing a processor workload of a driverless vehicle and improving driving safety. The road lamp comprises: a lamp housing; a vehicle detection apparatus, an environmental acquisition apparatus, a processor, and a communication apparatus provided in the lamp housing. The vehicle detection apparatus, the environmental acquisition apparatus, and the communication apparatus are connected to the processor; the vehicle detection apparatus is used for detecting whether the driverless vehicle exists within a preset range; the environmental acquisition apparatus is used for acquiring environmental parameter around the road lamp; the communication apparatus is used for performing data communication with the driverless vehicle; the processor is used for determining an environmental state around the road lamp according to the environmental parameter, and controlling the communication apparatus to send the environmental state to the driverless vehicle when the driverless vehicle exists, so that the driverless vehicle determines a driving strategy according to the environmental state.
