A method for establishing a bionic prosthesis model for limb trunk nerves, comprising the following steps: establishing a limb trunk nerve bundle structure database by combining a radiological technology (S1); obtaining information of defective limb trunk nerves to be restored (S2); matching and fitting the information of defective limb trunk nerves to be restored and data in the limb trunk nerve bundle structure database, and constructing the limb trunk nerve bionic prosthesis model which satisfies a nerve tract microstructure characteristic (S3). According to the method, the radiological technology and clinical data are used, the bionic prosthesis model which satisfies the nerve tract microstructure characteristic is established for variable damage types, and more accurate model information is provided for the restoration of defective limb trunk nerves.
