Disclosed are an electronic device, a method and system for determining a target object for investment promotion, and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring first key information in text information of a predetermined investment promotion project; acquiring second key information of each enterprise, which participates in the investment promotion project, and respectively matching the acquired second key information of each enterprise with the first key information, so as to obtain a degree of matching between each enterprise and the investment promotion project; determining the enterprise as a target object for investment promotion, and performing target object level classification on the enterprise according to a predetermined target object classification method; and determining whether the level of the enterprise satisfies the level of the investment promotion project, and if so, automatically completing a recommendation of the investment promotion project. Investment promotion can be completed intelligently, thereby saving a large amount in labor costs, and improving the accuracy of a result.
