The present invention relates to a smart community implementation method and a node device, the smart community implementation method comprising: a smart community node device acquires event information of a user and signs same, and broadcasts the signed event information in a community blockchain network; each node device verifies same, and determines a node device having accounting rights; the node device having acquired accounting rights generates a block, and broadcasts the block; each node device verifies the received block, and accesses the blockchain after verification is passed.
