A light guide structure relating to the technical field of optics. The light guide structure comprises a first light guide member and a plurality of second light guide members. The first light guide member comprises a first light guide section and a second light guide section being connected to each other. The plurality of second light guide members are respectively disposed at two ends of the first light guide member in a widthwise direction thereof, wherein one end of the second light guide members is connected to the first light guide section, another end of the second light guide members is connected to the second light guide section, and a middle portion of the second light guide members is disposed at an interval relative to the first light guide member. The first light guide member and the second light guide members are spread out along a planar or spherical surface, and the first light guide member and the second light guide members are all made from a light guiding material. The light guide structure can diffuse and guide light, promote sufficient diffusing of light throughout an entire light guide structure, and facilitate guiding of a light beam for directional distribution and precise emission of light. A light emitting device, a therapeutic equipment, a cosmetic mask and a comprehensive therapeutic system are developed on the basis of the light guide structure, so as to make further contributions to phototherapy and illumination.
