A system and method are described for monitoring and managing interactions between human beings and/or inanimate beings that includes two or more electronic devices carried by beings (DIU and/or DIE) that interact with one another using communication protocols, or simply read signals emitted, without necessarily establishing communication, by means of physical proximity that establishes the reception range of the signal, and sending these interactions using communication protocols to a central processing unit (UCP) where the data are analysed and processed by an event generation process (PGE) that compares the data previously recorded in databases and leads to a server process (PS) provided with artificial intelligence for decision-making on the basis of analysis of the data and events compiled and stored in the database of the central processing unit (UCP), said server process (PS) communicating with the electronic devices (DIU) and (DIE) using communication protocols.
