A correction method and device for an LED module, an LED display screen, and a storage medium. The correction method for an LED module comprises: acquiring an identifier of an LED module requiring correction in an LED display screen, and generating identifier information containing the identifier of the LED module; transmitting the identifier information to a server; acquiring correction data for the LED module returned by the server according to the identifier information; and correcting brightness and chroma of the LED module according to the correction data for the LED module. In the correction method for an LED module, correction data for an LED module requiring correction is acquired from a server and used to correct chroma and brightness of the LED module, thereby preventing a situation in which correction of an LED module fails due to loss of correction data stored in a flash storage device of the LED module, and increasing a correction success rate of the LED module.
