[Solution] A foodstuff processing mechanism 71 includes a transport unit 11 and a processing unit 12. The transport unit 11 transports a sheet-like flexible foodstuff 81 in a transport direction D1. The processing unit 12 forms bending reference sections 85, which serve as reference sections for bending, in the flexible foodstuff 81 being transported by the transport unit 11. The processing unit 12 includes reference forming parts 21 and pressing parts 22.
