Provided is a composition for oral-cavity massage which is excellent in terms of dispersibility in the early stage of oral-cavity massage and the property of staying on the oral mucosa and which is less apt to run down the oral-cavity massager. Also provided are a container containing the composition for oral-cavity massage and an oral-cavity massage set. The composition for oral-cavity massage comprises (A) ingredient, which is sodium dihydrogen phosphate and/or sodium monohydrogen phosphate, (B) ingredient, which is sodium alginate, and (C) ingredient, which is xanthan gum and/or poly(sodium acrylate), in a specific proportion. The composition for oral-cavity massage has a viscosity at 25°C of 5,000-20,000 mPa·s, and a threefold dilution thereof with artificial saliva has a viscosity at 25°C of 100-1,000 mPa·s. The oral-cavity massage set comprises: a container containing a composition for oral-cavity massage, which has been obtained by filling a pump-type container with the composition for oral-cavity massage; and an oral-cavity massager 1.
