INKJET BLACK INK COMPOSITION FOR ORAL-CAVITY DISINTEGRATING TABLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet black ink composition for oral-cavity disintegrating tablets which enables printing of oral-cavity disintegrating tables, does not cause color transfer, impairment of the oral-cavity disintegration or bleeding and discoloration even during high-humidity storage and is resistant to discoloration in a light fastness evaluation.;SOLUTION: An edible inkjet ink composition comprises a food dye, a food binder, a water-soluble solvent and water and is capable of direct printing of tablets having oral-cavity disintegration, and the food dye is a squid ink dye consisting of particles of particle sizes of 10 nm to 1 μm, and its concentration in the ink is 0.5-8.0 wt.%. The food binder is selected from polysaccharides, disaccharides and monosaccharides which are water-soluble and are allowed to be added to foods, and its concentration in the ink is 3.0-15 wt.%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
