A fluorescent PCR detection kit for identifying four Araceae medicinal plants (Arisaema consanguineum Schott, Pinellia ternate Breit, Pinellia pedatisecta Schott, and Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis) and the use thereof. The detection kit for identifying four Araceae medicinal plants comprises specific primers and specific probes for Arisaema consanguineum Schott, universal specific primers for Pinellia, specific probes for Pinellia ternate Breit, specific probes for Pinellia pedatisecta Schott, specific primers and specific probes for Rhizoma Typhonii Flagelliformis, and specific primers and specific probes for internal standard quality controls, with the nucleotide sequences thereof being as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1-13. By pairing a specific fluorescent probe and a template, detection can be completed in 1.5 hours, the DNA amplification reaction can be detected in real time, and a method for solving the phenomenon of chaos in Araceae plant use in the current traditional Chinese medicine market can be provided.
