EXTRACT FOR PROMOTING LIPID METABOLISM IN LIVER, RESISTING INFLAMMATION AND REDUCING ENZYME CONTENT, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

An extract for promoting lipid metabolism in the liver, resisting inflammation and reducing enzyme content, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: firstly, extracting multiple active substances from Tricholoma matsutake by means of enzymolysis; and then mixing the active substances with yeast for fermentation culturing, such that the live yeast digests and absorbs the active substances and converts the active substances into those in an organic form closer to the original biological activity and nutrition thereof, thereby enhancing the absorption and improving the biological potency. The resulting extract has a positive effect on regulating blood lipid level and is capable of inhibiting the amplification of inflammatory signals, thereby improving lipid accumulation in the liver and inflammatory responses and playing an anti-inflammatory role. The extract can reduce the content of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in serum of non-alcoholic fatty liver mice and relieve hepatocyte injury.
