The invention relates to the technical field of desert utilization, and particularly relates to a seed coated with fertilizer adhesive for desert farming, and a preparation and a sowing method for the same. The method comprises: coating drought-resistant plant seeds suitable for growing in a desert in an inorganic fertilizer adhesive, and sowing by means of spraying the same using an aircraft. The drought-resistant plant seed and the inorganic fertilizer adhesive are combined and sprayed in the desert, and the same is cured in about 2 hours so as to immediately reduce soil loss caused by wind erosion. After the drought-resistant seeds germinate, a spraying operation is consecutively performed 3 times every 15 days, followed by consecutively performing the spraying operation 3 times every 30 days, such that the plants can grow and thrive in the desert. The invention has the effects of soil retention and providing vegetation, thereby preventing sandstorms in deserts and achieving desert greening.
