Disclosed are a molecular sieve with a hierarchical pore FAU structure, a preparation method therefor and a modified molecular sieve with a hierarchical pore FAU structure, belonging to the fields of molecular sieve modification, adsorption material preparation and catalyst preparation. The molecular sieve with a hierarchical pore FAU structure has a micropore channel system with an FAU topological structure and a mesopore system with a pore diameter range of 2 to 10 nm. The preparation method therefor comprises: subjecting a precursor of a molecular sieve with an FAU structure to a water vapor treatment and an alkali treatment, and calcining the treated product. The prepared molecular sieve with a hierarchical pore FAU structure has a high degree of crystal retention, a wide silicon-aluminum ratio applicable range, uniform micropore and mesopore distributions and a good acidity, and can be converted into a hydrogen-type or other ion-type molecular sieve with a hierarchical pore FAU structure through ion exchange. The preparation method can reduce costs and has a wide silicon-aluminum ratio applicable range for a precursor molecular sieve, and expected mesopores are generated while maintaining the original micropores, thereby achieving relatively controllable channel regulation for the molecular sieve with an FAU structure.
