A wearable shoulder power assist exoskeleton, comprising a worn part, symmetrically provided supporting parts connected to the worn part, symmetrically provided arm mechanisms connected to the upper end of each supporting part, and a coil spring-type actuating mechanism connected to the arm mechanisms. The coil spring-type actuating mechanism is provided at the rear part of a waistband (50) in the worn part. A pull wire (27) generating an assistive power in the coil spring-type actuating mechanism is arranged within a pull wire pipe (34). The pull wire (27) is connected at either end to the arm mechanisms. This provides the advantages of a simple structure, an actuating part separated from moving parts such as the shoulders and the arms, increased stability, reduced parts at the shoulders and arms, a light overall weight, producing no interference with other related apparatus during application, producing no impact on an operator, and being flexible and reliable to use.
