The phosphor wheel (13) comprises a substrate (1), an organic phosphor sheet (2), a light-transmitting plate (5), and a motor (3); the substrate (1) is sleeved on the motor (3), the light-transmitting plate (5) is connected to the substrate (1), and the organic phosphor sheet (2) is sandwiched and fixed by the light-transmitting plate (5) and the substrate (1); under the drive of the motor (3), the substrate (1), the organic phosphor sheet (2), and the light-transmitting plate (5) rotate at a high speed, incident light passes through the light-transmitting plate (5) to be incident on the organic phosphor sheet (2), and fluorescence is generated by the organic phosphor sheet (2). Sandwiching and fixing the organic phosphor sheet (2) between the light-transmitting plate (5) and the substrate (1) increases the firmness of the phosphor wheel (13), and reduces the risk of breaking the organic phosphor sheet (2) in the phosphor wheel (13) during vibration.
