Disclosed are a detection and training method and system for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder of children based on virtual reality. The detection and training method comprises the following steps: S1. carrying out ADHD detection on a target user to determine whether the target user is a disordered user with attention deficit disorder, and if so, executing step 2; S2. according to a detection result of step 1, determining a disorder problem of the disordered user, and constructing a virtual reality scene according to the disorder problem; and S3. guiding the disordered user in the virtual reality scene by means of a game so as to perform targeted training. In the detection and training method, a detection and training integrated means is used, and a user is directly trained according to a detection result, which is more targeted and effective.
