A precision casting method for a titanium alloy casting that has a complex cavity structure, the method using a composite casting process of performing numerical control machining on a graphite mold, performing numerical control machining on a low carbon steel metal core, plasma spray coating a surface using a high chemical stability coating, and performing vacuum centrifugal casting on a vacuum consumable electrode arc skull melting furnace. By means of using the good thermal insulation performance and surface coating of the metal core, cold shuts and flow mark defects on the surface of the mold may be reduced, and the dimensional accuracy of the metal core is high, which may effectively ensure the dimensional accuracy of the complex cavity of the casting. Provided is a titanium alloy precision casting method that has high dimensional accuracy control, high internal quality, high surface quality, high performance, a short duration, and is low cost.
