A motor bearing failure diagnosis device. When the device is in a failure diagnosis state, a current signal acquisition unit obtains a motor current real-time signal. A residual signal acquisition unit performs harmonic signal extraction on the motor current real-time signal obtained by the current signal acquisition unit, and base frequency and harmonic signals are eliminated from an original motor current real-time signal to obtain a residual signal. A failure feature extraction unit performs time-domain and frequency-domain analysis on the residual signal obtained by the residual signal acquisition unit so as to extract a bearing failure feature index. A failure diagnosis model unit uses a trained bearing failure diagnosis model to perform mode recognition on the bearing failure feature index extracted by the failure feature extraction unit, so as to diagnose a failure state of a bearing. The present invention can solve the technical problem that an existing motor bearing failure diagnosis device is difficult to effectively extract a failure feature signal from a low signal-to-noise-ratio current signal, and thus misinforming or informing omission is caused.
