The nucleic acid nano-carrier drug comprises a nucleic acid nanoparticle carrier and a drug, and the drug is hung on a nucleic acid nanoparticle; the drug comprises one or more of paclitaxel, lenalidomide, cytarabine, docetaxel, idarubicin, and mitoxantrone; the nucleic acid nanoparticle comprises a nucleic acid domain, the nucleic acid domain comprising sequence a, sequence b, and sequence c, wherein sequence a comprises sequence a1 or a sequence in which the insertion, loss or replacement of at least one base occurs in sequence a1; sequence b comprises sequence b1 or a sequence in which the insertion, loss or replacement of at least one base occurs in sequence b1; and sequence c comprises sequence c1 or a sequence in which the insertion, loss or replacement of at least one base occurs in sequence c1. According to the nucleic acid nano-carrier drug, the nucleic acid domain thereof may have targeting performance after being modified by a target head, and can deliver the drug.
